About

From Cupertino, CA. In Portland, OR.

I’m the six-foot spawn of a Greek mathematician and California hippie. I’m also a marketer, thinker, doer, and connector.

Raised in the heart of the Silicon Valley and residing in the Silicon Forest, I have worked in a broad range of industries – from banking to beer, factory farming to fractional marketing. I’ve learned from marketing experts who’ve created brands that have stood the test of time (think Air Jordans). I’ve learned from nonprofit experts, who’ve put lives and industries into positive trajectories. I’ve applied my learnings and am now here to help put your business on a sustainable positive trajectory.

I am a strong believer and advocate of creating a committed culture through developing a high-performance workplace. The key supporting elements are:

  1. Positive Assumptions

  2. Identify and Eliminate Negatives

  3. Mutual Trust and Respect

  4. Open, Two-Way Communication

  5. Involvement and Engagement

  6. Training

  7. High Expectations

I am passionate about building strong teams and finding out how to make everyone on the team the best they can be. Growing up, I played many sports and realized the power of a team. I earned a full ride scholarship to play volleyball at the University of Portland, where I served as team captain for the last two years. After graduating, I played professional volleyball in Greece and France. As a competitive, high-level athlete, I learned the importance of hard work, determination, team dynamics and the power of goals. I have since retired as a non-elite athlete (cycling is my jam!) but the lessons remain with me always.
